Our clients select from only the highest quality custom designs that we have to offer. Eye The Wed will inspect every item at various points during design, bake, and production/assembly for quality and accuracy before it is delivered to to our clients.
We ensure our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. Every product that we offer is, and will be, designed/baked/produced specifically for each individual client. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products there is likely to be minor differences to each piece because we do not mass produce or use assembly lines. These minor differences are most likely unnoticeable to the common eye, and also add to the charm of choosing artisan-made products. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may contact us and return it in new condition. We replace it with the same or similar item, or issue an immediate full refund when replacement is not possible.
Understandably, custom products items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt and prior to use. Our clients experience is incredibly important to us, and we stand behind our service and product. We will do what ever we can to reasonably solve any situation in order to make our clients happy.
We want your order to be made just the way you envision it! We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) So please review your artwork proof or custom order information thoroughly before signing off your approval. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. It truly breaks our hearts, but we can not be held responsible for errors on the part of our clients.

Please understand, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are produced, should you need to cancel a service or product, the initial deposit can not be refunded. If the product has been already delivered or served, the account balance will remain payable to Eye Thee Wed. In the instance of changes to an order or service, the client is responsible for any costs involved due to requested changes.
NOTE: Eye Thee also reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion should the order be deemed inappropriate for language, content or material, or have any other negative impact on our company or client relation.
We understand that in our industry, deadlines for events are of utmost importance. We do our best to guarantee your items will arrive on time, but due to the fact that in some cases we rely on materials from outside vendors, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by things that are out of our control such as out-of-stock, backorder, or shipping issues. We are communicative and transparent when/if these issues arise.
We will always offer an alternative solution that is the most beneficial for all parties involved should something go wrong in the case of a mistake or issue on our part or our vendors part.
Unfortunately, refunds can not be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect Eye Thee Wed, LLC or any of our vendors.
